3. Get your outcome

Once we have received your claim, you will be provided with an update within 10 business days.

It's important to have the following at hand when lodging your claim:

Your policy number and personal details

Travel details

Claim details of the incident, including dates, times and place

Supporting documents for example: invoices, receipts, authorization letters, medical reports, flight/accommodation booking evidence.

Bank account details for payment of your claim.
