  • Comprehensive cover

    Covers damage to other people's property plus loss or damage to your vehicle.

  • New for old replacement

    If your brand new car is written off within the earlier of 2 years or 40,000 km of original registration, we will, depending on availability in Australia, replace it with a new one, pay you the amount it would cost to replace it or pay you the amount you originally paid for.

  • Towing cost

    If your car can't be safely driven after an accident, we'll pay for the cost of towing your car.

  • Hire car

    Cover for hire car costs if your car is out of action and we're paying your claim after a no fault accident or theft of your car.

  • Personal items

    Covers the cost of theft of personal items in your car, as well as damage of personal items in your car at the time of the collision.

  • Replacement keys

    If car keys are stolen and not recovered, we'll cover replacement costs and recoding of the locks.

Covers loss or damage to your car plus the damage it causes to other people's vehicles and property for which you are liable.

  • Loss or damage to your vehicle
  • New-for-old car replacement

    We'll replace your car with a new one if it becomes a total loss within the specified time period or mileage (whichever comes first) of the original registration.

    2 years / 40,000 km
  • Damage to someone else's car or other property (legal liability)
    $20 million
  • Damage caused by an uninsured driver
  • Towing
  • Hire car following theft
    $1,000 (limit 14 days)
  • Hire car following a no fault accident
  • Replacement of stolen keys / remote
    $1,000
  • Damage to your caravan or trailer in a collision
    $1,000 (caravan and trailer)
  • Emergency transport and accommodation

    If your damaged car is undriveable, we'll pay for the driver and passengers to be transported to the address where the car is normally kept at night; or, if transport is unavailable, we'll pay for the cost of their temporary accommodation.

  • Roadside assistance

    For just $89.95 a year you'll receive 24/7 roadside assistance support, regardless of who is driving with an unlimited number of service call outs Australia-wide. Terms and conditions apply.

3. Policy confirmation

We'll send you an email with your policy documents to review that all is correct. Cover will start on the date you selected.

To request a quote, you need to be aged 16+ and have an email address. You'll need to have the following information on hand:

The vehicle in question (or registration number)

The policy holder and your car insurance history

Location the car is kept at night

Average number of kilometres the car is driven per year

1. Gather the facts

Collect as much information as possible about what happened.

2. Lodge your claim

You can lodge a claim online or get help over the phone.

3. Get your outcome

Once we have received your online claim, you will be provided with an update within two business days.

It's important to have the following at hand when lodging your claim:

Policy number

Details of the incident, including time and place

Other drivers' names, addresses, vehicle registration numbers, and insurance details

Any witnesses' names and contact details

Details of any tow-truck company used

Police report number (if applicable)

Photographs of the damage and scene (if applicable).
