- Log in
- Select Manage cards
- Choose Card settings & activation
- Select your Orange Everyday account
- and then select Report lost and stolen card
Mobile app:
- Log in
- Select your Orange Everyday account
- Click on the menu icon (next to the account name)
- and then select Report lost and stolen card
Online banking:
- Log in
- Select Manage cards
- Choose Card settings & activation
- Select your Orange Everyday account
- and then select Replace damaged card
Mobile app:
- Log in
- Select your Orange Everyday account
- Click on the menu icon (next to the account name)
- and then select Replace damaged card

- Select Manage cards
- Choose Card settings & activation
- Select your Orange Everyday account
- and then select Change card PIN

- Click on the menu icon (next to the account name)
- and then select Change card PIN

- and then select Place my card on hold

- Log in
- Select your Orange Everyday account
- Click on the menu icon (next to the account name)
- and then select Hold card
