Get set for real time payments by creating your PayID today. It's simple to add within online or mobile banking.

2. Share your PayID

Share your PayID with family, friends and business partners.

3. Start using PayID

Make and receive payments in real time between eligible accounts using an email address or mobile number.

When setting up your PayID:
To create a PayID, you must:

Be an Orange Everyday, Savings Maximiser, Savings Accelerator, Business Optimiser, Orange Advantage or Mortgage Simplifier account holder.

Ensure your contact details are up to date in online banking

Types of PayID

You can use either a mobile phone number, email address or ABN as a PayID.

Create your PayID

How to create your PayID on the mobile app:

  1. Ensure you've downloaded the latest version of the ING app
  2. Launch the ING app
  3. Go to Menu > Settings > Create PayID

How to create your PayID online:

  1. Login to online banking
  2. Go to My profile > PayID details
  3. From here you can select your account you want to link your email address or mobile number to - then you're done!
Make real time payments with PayID

The option to pay to a PayID will appear within your online banking or mobile app. You can still send real time payments using a BSB and account number between participating financial institutions.

To send money from your Orange Everyday to a PayID, follow these steps:

How to send money to a PayID on the mobile app:
  1. Ensure you've downloaded the latest version of the ING app
  2. Launch the ING app
  3. Go to Pay > Pay anyone
  4. Go to +New payee > PayID
  5. Follow the prompts to make your payment.
How to send money to a PayID online:
  1. Login to online banking
  2. Go to Transfer & pay
  3. Go to Pay anyone
  4. Go to +New payee > PayID
  5. Follow the prompts to make your payment.
