Orange Everyday

Orange Everyday utility bill offer

1% cashback on eligible utility bill payments, up to $100 per Orange Everyday, per financial year. An eligible utility bill payment is a payment made by BPAY, direct debit (BSB and account number), or PayTo from your Orange Everyday account for a water, gas or electricity bill from an agreed supplier for the Australian residential address of the account holder.

ING Pocket Perks

ING Pocket Perks is a rewards program for Orange Everyday Debit Card holders and Orange One Card holders aged 18 years and older. Each debit or credit card you hold will automatically be enrolled into ING Pocket Perks. ING Pocket Perks offers are subject to specific eligibility requirements set by the merchant providing the offer, and these details will be displayed in the 'Offers' section of the ING app. Cashback is usually credited within 7 days of a qualifying purchase being fully processed. ING Pocket Perks offers are also subject to the Orange Everyday Terms & Conditions or Orange One Terms & Conditions that correlate to the card you hold. 4% Direct Debit discount: Set up a direct debit from your bank, building society or credit union cheque or savings account for a discount of 4% off your premiums when you pay by direct debit. This equates to a saving of just over 2 weeks of premiums each year when you maintain your direct debit arrangement. You can change or update your direct debit details by logging in to member services, going to 'My Policy' and selecting 'Payments'.

Switching: You may not need to re-serve waiting periods when switching but only where there is a break in cover of 59 days or less. Waiting periods will apply for services not currently covered, services with higher benefits or where waiting periods haven't been fully served. Where the excess on the new product is lower than the excess on the previous cover, the excess on the previous cover will apply until the unexpired waiting period has been served.
Accidental Injury Benefit: the availability of Accidental Injury Benefit is dependent on your chosen Hospital product. The Benefit gives you access to benefits in line with our Gold Hospital cover for 90 days where you seek treatment with a medical practitioner or attend a hospital emergency department within 72 hours of an accident and are then admitted to hospital. Additional T&Cs apply, please refer to the Policy Booklet.
Recognised providers: A recognised provider is someone who provides a health service, like a dentist, optometrist, remedial massage therapist or physiotherapist who meet the following criteria: (i) They must work in a private practice; and (ii) They must have professional qualifications recognised by our partner nib.
