Harry N. Stout - Chief Executive Officer
Harry N. Stout was appointed Chief Executive Officer of ING Australia in April, 2008. He joined ING Group in 2004 as Head of the Retail Annuity Business Group and in 2007 was promoted to head ING Group’s Wealth Management Market Segments in the US, with responsibility for managing products, pricing and marketing functions.
He has over 25 years’ experience in financial services working for major US and international organisations, including Old Mutual U.S. Life Holdings, Fidelity and Guaranty Life Insurance Company, United Pacific Life Insurance Companies, and KPMG.
Harry is a business graduate of Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Ian Riley - Chief Financial Officer
Ian Riley was appointed Chief Financial Officer in May 2006, following two years with ING Australia as Group Financial Controller (CFO). As CFO, Ian is responsible for overseeing all aspects of ING Australia’s financial management including budgeting, accounting and actuarial management, and financial reporting.
Ian has over twenty years experience in wealth management and insurance, including over a decade in senior roles in Asia with Canadian group Manulife, including Regional Financial Controller. Prior to this, he was a senior manager with Deloittes Australia in audit and merger & acquisition roles.
Ian has a Bachelor of Economics from Sydney University and other professional accreditations including ACA Australian Institute, FLMI Life Management Institute and COE American Society for Quality. |

Ross Bowden - General Manager, Superannuation & Investments
As General Manager of Superannuation & Investments at ING Australia, Ross oversees ING Australia's superannuation and investment business including our retail platform business, Employer Superannuation, Super Concepts, and investment products.
Ross has held senior executive roles for ING Australia and associated companies, including financial planning group RI Advice Group, since 1988. Ross is a director of ING Funds Management & ING Custodians and is the chairman of Oasis Asset Management.
Ross holds a business degree from the University of Technology Sydney.

Gavin Pearce - General Manager, Insurance
Gavin Pearce joined ING Australia in March 2009 with over 30 years’ experience within the financial services industry. He has experience in a number of disciplines including Marketing, Finance and Sales.
Prior to joining ING Australia, Gavin was Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Investment Division of Tower Australia Group. Gavin has held a number of senior roles including Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of AMP General Insurance, Chief Executive Officer of GIO Australia, and Managing Director of Metlife Insurance for Citigroup Australia.
Gavin holds a Bachelor of Science degree. |

David Kan - General Manager, Retirement & Investment Solutions
Retirement & Investment Solutions is responsible for ING Australia’s investment and retirement incomes products including unit trusts, personal superannuation and pensions.
David Kan joined ING Australia in November 2005 and was appointed General Manager, effective November 2007. Prior to this he spent several years in the wealth management industry working in areas of strategy, projects and finance. He also worked for McKinsey & Company, primarily in financial services in the Asia Pacific region.
David holds a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management and Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degrees from the University of Sydney. |

Ross Barnwell - General Manager, Advice & Distribution
Ross Barnwell is the General Manager of Advice & Distribution at ING Australia. In this role, he is responsible for the development of the ING Australia Advice businesses and the distribution of the superannuation, investments and insurance businesses.
Ross joined ING Australia in 2004 and was appointed General Manager in February, 2008. Ross has over 20 years experience in the Wealth Management industry and has held various roles covering institutional and retail, investment and risk distribution. He also has a background in Dealer Group Management.
Ross holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment (SIA). He is an Associate of FINSIA. |

Alan Logan - General Manager, ANZ Advice & Distribution
Alan Logan joined ANZ as General Manager Financial Planning in January 2008. In November 2009, Alan was appointed General Manager, ANZ Advice and Distribution following the ANZ/ING acquisition.
Alan has over twenty years distribution management experience within retail, wholesale and commercial sectors. Prior to ANZ, Alan worked at MLC for seven years, most recently as General Manager - National Practice Management and Apogee Financial Planning.
Alan holds an MBA and an Advanced Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning). |

Fred Bertram - General Manager, Enterprise Services
Enterprise Services is a centralised business unit that provides governance, standards and support to enable ING Australia to successfully deliver its business objectives. Enterprise Services includes areas such as Technology, Shared Services, Risk and Property.
Fred Bertram commenced at ING Australia in March 2008. Prior to this, Fred was the Managing Director of ANZ Bank's Operations Technology and Shared Services based in Bangalore, India.
During his 14 years at ANZ, he also undertook a broad range of general management roles covering human resources, shared services and operations. Prior to ANZ, Fred held roles at AMP and Perpetual Trustees.
Fred holds a LLB degree in Law from the University of Canterbury. |

Steve Sheppard - Executive Director, Corporate Strategy & Marketing
As Executive Director of Corporate Strategy and Marketing, Steve is responsible for leading the development of ING Australia's corporate strategy, including the governance of the strategic project portfolio. He also leads the development and management of ING Australia's brand and marketing.
Steve has spent over 25 years in the financial services industry and has been at ING Australia for 15 years, where he has held a variety of marketing, distribution and strategy roles.
Steve has a bachelor of commerce from UNSW and holds a graduate diploma in Direct Marketing.

Sally Kincaid - Executive Director, People & Performance
People & Performance are responsible for the design and implementation of strategies to optimise business performance. We provide programs, tools and processes focused on performance, talent, organisational culture and skill development. Our services include general HR management, organisational development, recruitment, learning and development, compensation and benefits, wellness services, reporting and payroll.
Sally Kincaid was appointed Executive Director of People & Performance in July 2008. Prior to joining ING Sally was Head of Human Resources for Citi's investment and corporate bank in Australia and New Zealand. Sally has over 23 years’ experience, spanning across HR and Change Management. |

Greg Booker - Chief Information Officer
Greg Booker is the Chief Information Officer of ING Australia. Greg has worked in the IT Industry for 33 years with a focus in the Financial Sector. In a career spread across Australia, Europe and the United States he has worked for IBM, HOGAN Systems, CSC, and various Financial Institutions including ANZ, Bank of Melbourne, Standard Chartered (HK), US Bancorp, Suncorp-Metway, and St George Bank. In that time Greg undertook lead roles in 13 Bank Integration and Core system replacement projects included in which were three of the large Australian Financial Institutions.
Greg has a Masters of Management and an MBA obtained at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management. |
