If you’re already a customer, there’s no need to wait on the phone. Simply message us using the ING app or online banking and we’ll aim to get back to you within 24 hours.
Note that this service is provided by ING free of charge.
To message with the ING app:
• login and tap the navigation icon at the top left
• hit Messages in the lefthand menu
• tap the compose icon at the bottom right
To message with online banking:
• login to ing.com.au,
• click Messages in the lefthand menu
• hit the compose button at the top right.
