Landlords insurance - How to make a claim
Unfortunately, accidents happen. In case of damage to your investment property - building or contents, or an accident covered by ING Landlords Insurance, contact us as soon as possible to make a claim. Any delays in making a claim may reduce the amount we pay or prevent us from paying a claim.
Before you contact us, make sure you have all the needed information about the accident or damage to support your claim.
To make a claim, call the ING Insurance Centre on 1300 667 806 (24 hours, 7 days) and our dedicated claims team will be happy to help!
If you need to make emergency repairs to your investment property, we will arrange assistance through out preferred repairer and suppliers.
